We’re excited to announce that Epassi UK has joined forces with other leading employee benefits providers across the UK to launch the UK Employee Benefits Alliance (UKEBA). This group will champion the sector by creating a collective voice to promote employee benefits as an essential part of workforce infrastructure and the key role it plays in the UK’s economic growth.
Employee benefits can help people stay healthy, boost their wellbeing and build financial security, while giving employers a practical way to attract, retain and support their workforces. UKEBA will encourage greater action from the government to support healthier working lives, ease pressure on household finances and deliver economic growth throughout the country.
Together, UKEBA’s founding members provide workplace benefits to more than 20 million employees, supporting around 100,000 UK employers. The benefits and technologies supported by these providers respond to the needs of employees in a range of ways. Health and wellbeing benefits support the physical and mental wellbeing of workers and help reduce workplace absence rates. While pensions, financial protection and discounts help people futureproof their finances and save for retirement.
The launch of UKEBA will highlight the transformative impact of employee benefits. By amplifying the voices of the sector’s leading experts, policymakers, employers and the alliance will enable stronger reward strategies to deliver huge value for employers, business and the wider UK economy.
