At Epassi UK our range of discounted employee benefit schemes are available through both salary deduction or self-paid schemes, making them highly accessible and flexible no matter your business or industry.

Salary deduction schemes

How it works: Employees log into the platform during their enrolment window to browse available offers. Employee selects benefit and once approved, the benefit is set up and the employees' payroll is adjusted. The employee will pay employer back via monthly salary deductions.

Best suited for: permanent staff, as the process requires payroll integration. It also allows for an employer subsidy to be applied.

Self-paid schemes

How it works: Employees access the platform any time to browse offers. Employee chooses benefit and payment is made directly to the provider at the reduced corporate rate. No payroll involvement required.

Best suited for: contractors, partners, and casual or temporary staff, thanks to flexible, always-on access and a simple, self-managed payment process.
